Flavours restaurant is a family oriented, kid friendly in a casual atmosphere and we are located in the basement of 75 North St also known as Central Block. Please note that the entrance is on McKay St.

Unfortunately, we are NOT a peanut free restaurant.

We are NOT a fine dining restaurant and we do have a flat screen TV. We have full liquor license.

Sabrina Tan is the chef/owner of Flavours and she is the only food preparer in this establishment. Everything is cook to order and she cooks every entree from scratch. Meaning she uses fresh veggie and meat. None of her dish is pre-cooked. If you happen to visit Malaysia and stay in a Malaysian Chinese home, you will be served the same food as in Flavours. Sabrina is a Malaysian but her ethnicity is Chinese and so her cooking is considered truly a 'Malaysian Chinese home cooked meal'. She learned most of her trade from her mother who also owns a restaurant in her home town. If you want to experience a truly authentic home cooked Malaysian Chinese cuisine, Flavours is the place for you!

On her day off, she would often shop for the freshest ingredients and most of the Malaysian herbs and spices have to be purchased from New York City.

Remember, there is no wrong way of cooking Malaysian cuisine because each chef has her own unique way of food preparation and unique taste.
